If you would like to attend can you send me an email to book a place (first come basis), there will be 15 places in each class at the moment due to social distancing requirements. I am making the sessions pay as you go (see below) or you can BACs the amount on the day if you have a reserved place. I will keep a waiting list in case people are unable to use their space, and for track & trace, so it is imperative that I have your current mobile number or home number to contact you, please include in your email or message to me.
Things will be a little different, so please read the instructions below carefully and adhere to them diligently to keep us all as safe as possible.

Contact Penny to book a place, Zoom Classes (if it is your first time) or Live in Person Sessions. Pay on the day either by PayPal, via Yoga Near You www.nearyou.best/i/pennyrobertsyoga , BACs or cash (for Face2face only). Bring all your own yoga equipment or purchase any you need (let me know and I can get things at my discount rate).
On Zoom make sure you have everything you may need to hand so that you do not need to fetch things during the class, endeavour to have sufficient space around you to stretch into a ‘star’ and twist to each side lying down. Arrive on screen at least 5 minutes before the class is due to start, with everything ready, to check your video and sound and make sure you can be seen as well as possible.
Arrive in good time before the class – WEAR A MASK INTO THE HALL AND USE SANITISER. Set up your ‘space’ away from others – we will need to use all the floor space. Masks can be removed for the session but will be needed if you leave your mat during the class. ONE person to use the Toilets at a time. Penny will open/close doors and windows and operate the lights. WEAR A MASK TO LEAVE THE HALL AND BUILDING. If you wish to chat outside after the class, please observe social distancing protocols.

Yoga for Healthy Living
Tuesday Session at York Rooms, St. John the Evangelist, Hurst Green, advance reservation necessary – Maximum 10 people.
Price: £12 per class, pay as you go for the moment.
YOGA THERAPY & 1-1 YOGA SESSIONS
Special Start-Up Package – initial session plus 3 follow-ups = £150 (1 session free, to be used within 6 months of 1st Appointment)
£60 for initial session (1.5 hrs) Follow-up sessions £45 (60 mins), or £150 for 4 (to be used within 6 months of first session)
NB: Prices above within 5 mile radius of Oxted, travel expenses added if further.

Either an initial 90 min session followed by 3 60 min OR 4 x 60 minute sessions.
